A run to remember…as the sister of a fallen soldier, I can’t help but feel that this story is one that should be written.

To initiate unity in our country in a time that division is omnipresent by honoring the fallen heros is a remarkable and phenomenal idea. I like the course route and I hope as the memorial trail is created, that others will truly recognize the sacrifice so many have made.

What a wonderful way to honor the brave men and women who sacrificed everything to fight and protect our country. I also think this is a way to show respect to the families who had to anxiously await for news of their loved ones, to then receive heart wrenching news they will certainly never forget.
